[Edited 9/9/2024: Offers do change from time to time. Note that the Chase Ink Business Unlimited® currently has an offer to earn 90,000 points, while the Chase Ink Business Cash® Credit Card has an offer to earn up to 75,000 points. These cards are marketed as cash back cards, but can earn points when combined with other cards that earn Chase points.]
We all know that Chase Bank offers the best credit card bonus offers. We also know they have the strictest rules. This is why when applying for credit cards, you should be mindful of your 5/24 status, and go for Chase credit cards as, and when feasible. There are two amazing offers right now on Chase Ink business cards – and if you’re a business owner and/or have an eligible small business – you should definitely check them out! Did I mention the best part? There is NO annual fee!
I love earning Chase Ultimate Rewards – it’s a crucial part of my award travel strategy. It helps me book redemptions with my favorite Chase partners: Southwest Airlines and World of Hyatt. Even if those aren’t your favorites, Chase has many other travel partners. Their airline partners include:
- Aer Lingus
- Air Canada
- British Airways
- Emirates
- Flying Blue (Air France & KLM)
- Iberia
- JetBlue
- Singapore Airlines
- Southwest
- United Airlines
- Virgin Atlantic
Their hotel partners include: Hyatt, IHG, and Marriott. The travel possibilities are endless! While business cards don’t count towards your 5/24 status, you do need to be UNDER 5/24 to get approved for a Chase credit card.
Chase Business Credit Cards
Chase Ink Business Cash® Credit Card
(Note that while it may be marketed as a cash back card, you can redeem the bonus offer as Chase Ultimate Rewards points as well.)
Here’s what it has to offer:

- 5% cash back at office supply stores
- 5% cash back on internet, cable, and phone services
- 2% cash back at gas stations and restaurants
- 1% cash back on all other purchases
- No Annual Fee
Chase Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card

- Unlimited 1.5% cash back on purchases
- No Annual Fee
Strategy
What’s great about Chase cards is that you can earn referral bonuses. So depending upon how long these offers stick around, here’s your application strategy to earn you the greatest amount of points possible:
- Player 1 applies for a Chase Ink Business card, earns 90,000 points + points from usage
- Player 1 refers Player 2, earns 20,000 referral bonus points
- Player 2 applies for a Chase Ink Business card, earns 90,000 points + points from usage
That’s a minimum of 200,00 points + points earned from usage on both cards! Wowza!
Note: The minimum spend on both cards is high. That being said, you could charge personal expenses as needed to help meet the minimum spend on the card. So for example, I currently didn’t have $6,000 in business expenses to charge to my Chase Ink Business Cash credit card. While I keep personal and business expenses separate, as you should, I did charge personal expenses on my business card to help meet the minimum spend. (I’m no financial advisor by any means, this is just what has worked well for us.)
Remember, you do need to have a Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card or Chase Sapphire Reserve® to be able to transfer to airline or hotel transfer partners. That perk is not available on these business cards or on no-fee cards. You can combine points from your Chase cards, into your respective Chase Sapphire card account. You may need to call customer service to do this the first time, and then going forward you can combine/transfer points between cards/accounts easily online.
These Chase Ink business credit cards are at their best, highest offers right now! I applied for the Chase Ink Business Cash, and recently referred my husband to the same card. If the offers are around long enough, I’ll apply for the Chase Ink Business Unlimited and follow the same strategy. With NO Annual fee, and small businesses – this was a no-brainer for us! I ALWAYS need points to book flights on Southwest Airlines as well as Hyatt stays when traveling with the family. We don’t know how long they will be around – so if you are eligible, don’t wait to apply! Your future travels are calling you 😉
